Seven participants from the 12 new EU member states (Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia) or from Croatia are eligible for a full scholarship covering expenses for travel and subsistence, provided that they have not already benefited from another scholarship for the same expenses.
